How does the 30-second avatar preview work?

You upload the original photo and, within seconds, we create the personalised avatar for the story. For privacy, and in compliance with GDPR, the original photo is deleted right after the avatar is created — we only keep the avatar, never the photo.

Do I need to create an account to try it out?

No. You can create the avatar and preview the story for free, without an account — with access to 2 avatars. If you create a (free) account, you get 6 avatars available and your progress is saved, so you never have to start over.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card (Visa and Mastercard), MB WAY, Multibanco and PayPal. You choose the method you prefer at checkout, with full security.

Is my data and my child's photo safe?

Yes. We use Google infrastructure in compliance with GDPR, and your child's data protection is handled with the utmost care at every step of the process.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the result?

You can always request the 2 included revisions if something doesn't turn out as expected. Once the book is approved, printed and shipped, refunds are no longer possible.

Each book includes 2 free revisions. Once you see the result, you can request adjustments until it matches what you imagined.

Both options are available. You can let us create it automatically, or write the story, title and back-cover text yourself — you just need to stay within the character limit set for each page.

How long does shipping the physical book take?

In mainland Portugal, 6-10 business days after you approve the book; in the islands, 6-15 business days. For other destinations, the delivery time is calculated automatically and shown at checkout.

How do revisions work?

You can request a revision on any page where you find some kind of error. We work to minimise this as much as possible with our advanced AI model, but the AI can occasionally make small mistakes. If something still isn't right even after the first revision, you can request a second one.

Not necessarily. Prices are shown in the local currency of your country's store — if you access it from another country's store, the amounts appear converted to that currency.

Yes, to every country on our list. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated automatically based on your destination and are always visible before you complete your purchase.
