Shipping your printed book: delivery times, costs and free shipping from 2 books
Where we deliver, what shipping costs, when you will receive it and how to save: what to know before ordering the hardcover book.
Before ordering a personalized hardcover book, it is natural to want to know where we deliver, what shipping costs and when it arrives. This article gathers the answers, with the current prices and delivery times, and explains how shipping becomes free when you order two or more books.
Where we deliver
- Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Austria, Belgium and Ireland: shipping is €5.99 (one book).
- Sweden and Denmark: shipping is €9.99 (one book), charged in local currency.
- Other countries: we do not currently ship physical products. The eBook has no shipping and is delivered to your account.

Quantity discounts
From the 3rd personalized hardcover book in the same order, you get 20% off that book and the ones after it. It applies automatically at checkout, with no codes. Only personalized hardcover books count: the eBook on its own does not count toward free shipping or the discount.
Delivery times: what to expect
- 1You prepare the book and pay; the book is created and you can request up to 2 revisions.
- 2You approve the book: only after you approve does it go to print.
- 3Printing and transport: 6 to 10 business days in the 12 countries (longer for islands such as the Azores and Madeira, or remote areas).
- 4When the order ships, you receive a tracking code by email and in your account.
Before you order
The book is a personalized product, made to your instructions, so it does not have the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases in general. That is why it is worth reviewing the preview carefully and asking for changes before you approve. Tips to save on shipping
- If you are giving books to several people, put them in the same order: from 2, shipping is free.
- Check the country selector at the top of the site before you start: it sets the shipping cost.
- If the destination is another country on the list, change the country in the selector before paying.
- For Christmas gifts, order with time to spare: December is the busiest period for the postal services.
